Return policy

We hope you'll love your Kanarie travel bag and accessories. If you change your mind, you have 45 days from the date of delivery to return your item to us if it meets our return eligibility.

Return eligibility

  • Items are unused, unwashed, and free of damage

  • Items are in their original packaging, including all tags, inserts, accessories, dust bag, and shipping box with sleeve. Packaging must be intact and in resellable condition

  • If your order included a free gift, it must be returned with your items. Your return will be rejected if all the items are not included

  • Priority or expedited shipping fees are non refundable. 

We inspect all returns. If an item or its packaging is damaged, shows signs of use, or appears altered, we may deny the return.

We're sorry your order arrived damaged or is missing. Let us help you! To start a claim, press HERE. 

"Checkout+" (Free Returns and Package Protection)

Checkout+ is an optional add-on that provides both free return shipping and package protection for your order. Without Checkout+, return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. Note that this is only available for US and Canadian customers, and if this is available to you, it will be shown after you add the product to cart.

  • Free return shipping — If you need to return an eligible item, your prepaid return label is covered. No hunting for a carrier or paying out of pocket to ship it back.
  • Package protection — If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged on its way to you, submit a quick claim and, once approved, we'll send a same-item replacement at no extra cost.

Checkout+ is optional and available on US and Canada orders. It can only be added at checkout, isn't refundable once your order is placed. Our return policy above is still applicable.

Returning items without Checkout+

You are still eligible to return your item if you did not opt into Checkout+ as long as you meet the requirements above in our return policy. However, you will be responsible for the shipping fee to return your order and a $20 USD handling fee that we pay to our 3rd party warehouse to manage the return. Both the shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund.
