We hope you'll love your Kanarie travel bag and accessories. If you change your mind, you have 45 days from the date of delivery to return your item to us if it meets our return eligibility.

Items are unused, unwashed, and free of damage

Items are in their original packaging, including all tags, inserts, accessories, dust bag, and shipping box with sleeve. Packaging must be intact and in resellable condition

If your order included a free gift, it must be returned with your items. Your return will be rejected if all the items are not included
- Priority or expedited shipping fees paid at checkout are non refundable.
We inspect all returns. If an item or its packaging is damaged, shows signs of use, or appears altered, we may deny the return.
Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We do not provide prepaid return label. You are responsible for ensuring the return arrives safely, so we recommend using tracked shipping and ensuring the goods are marked "Returned Goods" as Kanarie will not be responsible for covering import fees/duties
Returns Address

US and Canada customers must return items to a domestic return address in their country

International customers must return items to our Canada return address
Return addresses and instructions will be provided after your return request is approved.
Refunds and deductions
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method minus a $20 USD processing fee per return, deducted from your refund. This helps cover the original shipping we paid and fulfillment center handling costs.

Denied returns and fraud
We reserve the right to deny any return if the product or packaging is damaged upon inspection, the item appears used or not in original condition or if we suspect fraud or abuse of the return policy
